Hotel Policies

I. Reservation Policy

Check-In & Check-Out

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check in to the hotel.
  • Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
  • Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
  • If the standard check-in/check-out timings do not suit your travel plans, please inform us in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Guest Identification

  • All guests above 18 years of age must present a valid government-issued photo identification and address proof at the time of check-in.
  • Accepted identification documents include:
    • Aadhaar Card
    • Driving License
    • Voter ID Card
    • Passport
  • PAN Cards are not accepted as valid identity proof.
  • Guests without original valid identification documents may be denied check-in.

Reservation Conditions

  • Hotel Dev Darshan reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations if fraudulent activity, misuse, incorrect information, or booking errors are detected.
  • Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in their rooms and throughout the hotel premises.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and indoor hotel areas.
  • A cleaning and restoration charge of INR 5,000 will be levied for violations of this policy.

Meals

  • Breakfast: 07:30 AM – 10:30 AM
  • Lunch: 12:30 PM – 03:30 PM
  • Dinner: 07:30 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Guests with dietary restrictions or special meal requirements are requested to inform the hotel at the time of booking. Our kitchen team will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests.

Children Policy

  • Children up to 10 years of age may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents.
  • Children aged above 10 years and up to 12 years will be charged 50% of the applicable adult rate.
  • Additional bedding, if requested, may be chargeable.

Taxes

  • Applicable government taxes are charged extra.
  • Currently, 12% GST is applicable on the total booking amount unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms

  • We accept payments through:
    • Credit/Debit Cards
    • UPI and Payment Gateway Links
    • Bank Transfers/Deposits
  • A 100% advance payment for the first night’s stay is required to confirm the reservation.

II. Cancellation Policy

Individual Bookings

  • Cancellations or modifications are permitted up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
  • No cancellation charges will apply if cancellation is made within the permitted period.
  • No amendments or cancellations will be accepted within 7 days of arrival.

Group Bookings

  • For group reservations, cancellations or amendments must be requested at least 30 days prior to arrival.

No-Show & Early Departure

  • No refund will be provided in case of:
    • No-show by the guest.
    • Early departure after check-in.
    • Unused nights, meals, or services.
  • Same-day cancellations and early departures may attract charges equivalent to the entire booked stay.

Force Majeure

  • Hotel Dev Darshan shall not be liable for any refunds or compensation for services affected by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, road closures, weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Payments

  • Funds received from outside India for reservations cannot be refunded outside India and will be processed in accordance with applicable regulations.

Refund Processing

  • Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Any bank charges, transaction fees, or refund processing charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

III. Amendment Policy

  • Reservation amendments are permitted only up to 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Requests for date changes, room category changes, or guest detail modifications are subject to availability and management approval.
  • Extension of stay is subject to room availability and prevailing room rates.
  • Room rates at the time of extension may differ from the rates originally booked.

Natural Calamities & Travel Disruptions

  • In the event of natural calamities, landslides, road blockages, severe weather conditions, or similar unforeseen situations occurring before the scheduled stay, guests may request a change of travel dates.
  • Date changes may be permitted subject to availability.
  • No refunds shall be provided in such cases.
